Who We Are

8la97 is an online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. We operate a casino and sportsbook offering slots, live casino games, cricket betting, fishing games, and more. When you use 8la97, you agree to the terms below. These terms cover how we handle your account, money, bonuses, and your rights as a player.

Account Registration

To play at 8la97, you must create an account. When you sign up, you agree to:

Account Security

Eligibility & KYC

Before your first withdrawal, we require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This is a legal requirement and protects both you and 8la97. You must provide:

• Passport
• Driving Licence

KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours. Once verified, you can withdraw your winnings. If we cannot verify your identity, we cannot process withdrawals and may close your account.

False, forged, or misleading documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeit of all funds.

Bonuses & Terms

8la97 offers bonuses to new and returning players. All bonuses come with terms you must follow:

Welcome Bonus

New players receive a 115% Welcome Bonus up to ৳23,500 on their first deposit of ৳250 or more. The bonus is credited automatically after deposit. To withdraw bonus funds and winnings, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount within 7 days. Bonus money used on any game counts toward wagering—slots, fishing, live casino, and sports all count equally.

Reload Bonus

Returning players can claim a 19% Reload Bonus on deposits of ৳250 or more. Same wagering rules apply: 15 times the bonus within 7 days.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited in one lump sum after deposit.
• Bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings above the bonus amount are withdrawable.
• If you withdraw before completing wagering, remaining bonus is forfeited.
• One bonus per deposit; bonus stacking is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to cancel bonuses if we detect abuse (self-dealing, collusion, automated play).
• VIP players may receive special bonuses. VIP terms apply separately and take precedence.

Payments & Withdrawals

8la97 accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits

Minimum deposit: ৳250. Deposits are credited instantly. You can deposit as often as you like. Bonus offers apply to qualifying deposits.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: ৳900. Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳30,000. Withdrawals are processed within 25 minutes on average. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification—no exceptions.

Payment Disputes

If a deposit doesn't reach your account, contact us at [email protected] with your transaction ID. We will investigate within 24 hours. If a withdrawal fails, we will resubmit it automatically. If it fails three times, the funds return to your 8la97 account.

Responsible Payment Limits

You can set deposit, loss, or time limits in your account settings. We encourage all players to gamble within their means.

Responsible Gaming

Gaming should be entertainment, not a way to make money. 8la97 is committed to harm prevention and player protection.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gambling is out of control, you can self-exclude for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or permanently. Self-excluded accounts cannot log in or access funds during the exclusion period.

Reality Check

After 60 minutes of continuous play, you will receive a reminder. You can check your session time, deposit, and net loss anytime in your account.

Account Suspension & Closure

We may suspend or close your account if you:

• Violate these terms or our Anti-Fraud Policy.

• Engage in collusion, bonus abuse, or automated play.
• Self-exclude and then attempt to re-register under a different identity.
• Are underage or otherwise ineligible to play.
• Breach local laws or regulations in Bangladesh.

If your account is suspended or closed due to violation, all funds are forfeited. If closure is at your request and the account is in good standing, we will process any remaining balance within 3 business days.

Limitation of Liability

8la97 provides our platform and games "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or specific outcomes. While we work hard to prevent technical issues, neither 8la97 nor our game providers are liable for:

• Connection or bandwidth problems on your end.
• Game glitches or server downtime beyond our control.
• Loss of winnings due to technical failure (unless caused by our negligence).
• Indirect or consequential damages.

If a technical issue affects your account, contact us immediately with details. We will investigate and resolve fairly.

Changes to These Terms

8la97 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of 8la97 after changes means you accept the new terms. We recommend checking back here regularly.
